ReleaseProof
DOCS GATE
Your release is not your documentation.
Release-to-doc coverage review
Ship the change.
Not the stale instructions.
For product, documentation, and support owners at 2–50-person B2B SaaS teams: turn release changes and public-doc excerpts into a bounded coverage register before customers find stale instructions first.
Build a release gate
Map the change before you publish it.
1. Describe each customer-visible change
2. Paste relevant public-doc excerpts
Include headings and current steps from the pages you expect to be affected.

Why this gate
A coverage decision, not another publishing tool.
Documentation platforms help teams author and publish. Code-integrated drift tools compare repositories and docs. ReleaseProof works before either handoff: with only authorized release changes and public excerpts, it creates a compact, reviewable decision for a small team without a connector, repository access, or automatic publishing.
Purchase clarity
One release. One durable register.
USD 49 once for one release-to-doc coverage register. There is no subscription, repository connection, or automatic publishing.
- What arrives: a saved Markdown coverage register with line-specific excerpt evidence, a HOLD / REVIEW / confirm decision, and reviewer actions.
- Privacy and data handling: the free gate runs in the browser. After verified payment, only the authorized material you submit is used to generate and recover your purchased register. The Core stores the minimum Session/product entitlement and saved register, never card data. Never include credentials, customer records, or private incident details.
- Recovery: reopen the exact Stripe success link to retry delivery or re-download the first saved register without paying again.
- Support: contact Arelvia Studio support with the checkout email and purchase date. Do not attach confidential release material.
- Refund eligibility: if a verified paid register still cannot be generated or re-downloaded after reopening the exact success link and retrying once, request delivery-failure refund eligibility within 14 calendar days at Arelvia Studio support. Requests concern delivery failure only; the review outcome itself is not a refund condition.
A gate, not an author
ReleaseProof does not invent customer instructions. It shows what needs evidence before a human publishes.
Built for a release handoff
A single register gives product, docs, and support a shared, reviewable decision.
